MEMBERSHIP AND APMAA 2025 CONFERENCE FEES (Tentative)
The Asia-Pacific Management Accounting Association (APMAA) has adopted a membership system in which conference participants pay a registration fee that includes a one-year membership fee. To maintain your 2024 APMAA membership, please pay the USD 10 membership fee at this annual conference registration site, regardless of whether you attend the APMAA 2025 conference.
If you do not participate in APMAA 2025; firstly, please fill out the “2025 membership and registration form (Google Form)”, after fulling out the form, pay the USD 10 annual membership fee.
If you participate in APMAA 2025; firstly, please fill out the “2025 membership and registration form (Google Forms)”, after fulling out the form, pay the USD 10 annual membership fee and participant fee.
APMAA derives its membership list from your Google Forms data you type. Even if you have completed your fee payment, your name does not appear on our 2025 membership record when you did not fill out the Google Forms, i.e., APMAA can (will) not contact you.
To maintain your 2025 APMAA membership, please pay the USD 10 membership fee at the annual conference registration site, regardless of whether you attend the APMAA 2025 conference.

(1) The conference fee covers a printed program, conference kit, welcome reception (Day 2), dinner (Day 3), and lunches and coffee/tea breaks on Day 2 and Day 3.
(2)International attendees can register the Day 4 Company Visit. USD30 fee includes lunch and transportation between the conference hotel and the destination.

How to Pay Your 2025 Membership and Conference Registration Fee
Visit the Google Form: Access the form below and confirm the information required during the payment process.

Verify Payment Amount: Read the fee tables on APMAA (Asia-Pacific Management Accounting Association) 2025 Annual Conference (s-ueno.sakura.ne.jp) to confirm the correct payment amount.

Submit the Google Form:After completing your payment, fill out and submit the Google Form. Please note that we cannot process your registration without receiving the form, even if you have already completed your payment.
(Information: September 6, 2025). If you need a Letter of Invitation for school permission or visa application, please send your request to Prof. Dr ( ) and Prof. ( ). Be sure to include a brief profile containing your full name, birthdate, institution, position at the institution, and passport ID.
(Important Notice) The presenter (typically the first author) must register and pay the participation fee for the Conference by September 16, 2025, to attend and present their paper (Excerpt from the 2025 Guideline for Authors: Formatting and Template). Please ensure you pay the correct amount as indicated in the fee tables above.
IMPORTANT DATES
If you are a Presenter and/or 2025 Director Applicant please pay the online attendance fee by September 15, 2025, and the remaining amount by October 10, 2025.
If you are a Non-presenter please pay the online fee by October 10, 2025.
