We are proud to invite you to join our 1st International Islamic Social Economic Conference 2017 (1st ISEC 2017) that will be held from 22-23 August 2017 at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

The Conference is organized by the International Association Of Social Enterprise Economics (IASEE) and co-organized by the Accounting Research Institute, Universiti Teknologi MARA – a Higher Institutions’ Centre of Excellence (HICoE), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Registry of Societies Malaysia (ROS), Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS) and Pusat Pungutan Zakat-Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (PPZ-MAIWP).

Attendance of delegates from various institutions such as universities, government enforcement agencies, statutory bodies, non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, private institutions and firms is expected.

IISEE 2017 is a two-days program, which consists of several components: speech, plenary forum sessions, showcase presentation, booth exhibition, submitted papers presentation and open discussions. It is open to those interested in gaining new knowledge as well as those who want to share their own experience.

This highly exciting and challenging international Conference is intended to be a forum, discussion and networking place for academics, researchers, professionals, administrators, educational leaders, policy makers, industry representatives, advanced students, and others.

The main objective of this conference is to encourage participation from academics with the community projects, especially in the social economy. Highlighting the Wasatiyyah approach in the field of socio-economic, this conference provides a platform for researchers, professionals, individuals and institutions to discuss and set the direction of the social economic sector in the country.
