Since ASEAN is recognized as an axis of regional cooperation within Southeast Asia and East Asia, the realization of the AEC would improve ASEAN’s profile in the eyes of both regional investors within ASEAN and global foreign investors from outside the association. This dynamic future of ASEAN is expected to bring opportunities for many corporations in the ASEAN member countries. However, it could become a severe threat for those who are not well prepared. One of the mandatory tickets is a higher level of good corporate governance practices and enterprise risk management at the board level.

The program is focused on providing practical case studies as well as academic learning points. The curriculum is based on learning by the case method, group work and personal reflection sessions. The case method calls for discussion of real-life situations that business executives have faced. All business cases have outside-in and inside-out components that include global changes and challenges in the balance of power, governance, innovation and the value chain. The program also lead the pathway to CERG designation, through our Masterclass through Provisions program. The Masterclass through Provisions Program is a limited program offered, to enable risk practitioners in obtaining one of ERMA professional designations by fully attending the Masterclass and submitting their credentials in risk management field. The participants therefore will be exempted from the obligation to participate in the regular ERMA assessment.
